Easter Sermon : "There's Hope" - Heavens Gate Cathedral Ilorin Nigeria

Do you have Hope ? 

The Bible says as many as joined the living there's Hope .

You have no reason not to be hopeful  ,although the road might be rough but keep your head up and don't be sick. Stay strong and don't doubt "What will be will be" 

Doubt makes the heart fails , sick and Compromise 

The good news is "JESUS HAS RESURRECTED" so therefore, there's HOPE

Prov 13:12 

WHAT IS HOPE ?

HOPE IS CONSTANTLY PUTTING IN MIND THE PROMISES OF GOD. KNOWING THAT GOD WILL DO WHATEVER HE SAYS HE WILL.

Nevertheless, know that you can't talk about Hope without making rigid reference to FAITH

Luke 7:11-17 says 

"And it came to pass the day after...............

Something happened in the city call Nile , people gathered to see what will be the outcome of the widow who loosed her son to the cold hand of death.

Prayer : May every eye and gathering aimed at seeing your downfall be conquered and splited by fire ! May they see your success and have no choice than to worship the MOST HIGH for HE reigneth and has all power . (Amen)

It was said the widow was crying!  Why?

• Could be because she had no companion no more

• could be she thought the son is her source of wealth 

• could be because she has no one to call her own son

• Could be because there would be no heir to the husbands property

But in all, she loosed HOPE !! seeing all hope she had is gone ! But what happened later ? Read {Luke 7:11-17}

Compassionate God is still alive and had compassion over the widow and because of this widow , Jesus intervened ..

No matter what has happened or is happening or will happen in your family ! May God Intervene for your sake . 

Note : Gods compassion is over the living and not the dead ! So therefore, You need Jesus to be free from all evil and setbacks .

When Jesus touches what you cannot do? You begin to do things you cannot do, you start making exploits .

Prayer :  Prophesying into your life by the power in the Resurrection of Christ ! You will Rise Up Again !!!!!!

Second Point

• Luke 23 verse 39 - 43 (Story of the condemned Armed Robber )

Remember the second the second robber who made a powerful statement saying "Remember me when you get to your kingdom"

By the virtue of your character, words and thought your prayers and requests will be answered .

Although condemned, he never loosed HOPE of being saved.

An armed robber who has no hope became the first proof of Paradise Candidate . Have you loosed HOPE already or a point of no believe of Change.?

If you believe !!! Your Hope will be restored.

Pray this Prayer : "FATHER RESTORE BACK MY HOPE" !!!
