Until his new approval as a King, Prince (Dr) Ademola Stephen Kayode Makinde (Ph.D., MSC, FCA, FCTI, CFE, BSC), is the DIRECTOR OF FINANCE, NIGERIAN UPSTREAM PETROLEUM REGULATORY

COMMISSION (NUPRC), ABUJA.

He’s also a Ph.D holder in FORENSIC ACCOUNTING AND AUDIT from the CHARISMA UNIVERSITY, TURKS & CAICOS

UNITED KINGDOM.

Oba (Dr) Ademola Stephen Kayode Makinde was born on the 1st of October 1964 in Funtua, Katsina state.

He comes from ILE ONIGEMO in Igbajo, Boluwaduro Local Government and started his elementary primary school at L.A PRIMARY SCHOOL ULOEN, ILE-OLUJI in Ondo State from 1971 – 1977.

He had his secondary school education at the prestigious KIRIJI MEMORIAL COLLEGE IGBAJO CITY from 1977-1982 and currently a member of KIRIJI MEMORIAL COLLEGE REVIVAL and member of the STEERING COMMITTEE of the School.

He earned his Bachelor Degree from formerly known OGUN STATE UNIVERSITY but now OLABISI ONABANJO UNIVERSITY (OOU) from 1987-1991

He’s the PRESIDENT, OLABISI ONABANJO UNIVERSITY ALUMNI ASSOCIATION WORLDWIDE and also a MEMBER – OLABISI ONABANJO UNIVERSITY GOVERNING COUNCIL

He’s equally, PRESIDENT NIPSS KURU JOS PSLC 031 ALUMNI and COUNCIL MEMBER, CHARTERED INSTITUTE OF TAXATION OF NIGERIA (CITN) and also, CHAIRMAN CITN INVESTMENT COMMITTEE

He was the PIONEER OPERATIONS CONTROLLER OSOGBO FIELD OFFICE of DIRECTORATE OF PETROLEUM RESOURCES (DPR)

He also successfully PIONEERED AND ESTABILISHED THE NNPC STAFF COOPERATIVE THRIFT AND CREDIT SOCIETY IN PORT HARCOURT

He’s the former Secretary, NNPC STAFF COOPERATIVE MULTIPURPOSE
