Notice to all University of Ilorin Students' !!!!

The Students' Union leaders met with transport stakeholders to address
pertinent issues that arose as a result of fuel scarcity in the country.

The resolutions agreed upon after much deliberation at the meeting include:

1. Due to the scarcity of fuel across the nation, the fare price of the mini
campus shuttle popularly known as "Korope", would experience slight
adjustment pending the time the situation across the nation normalize. Thus,
Starting from Monday 23rd November, 2015 the campus mini shuttle drivers
shall charge #50 instead of #40.

2. All other transporters maintain status quo on the transport fare.

3. Taxi drivers are to carry six (6) passengers. This implies four (4)
at the back and two (2) the front seats.

4. Sienna-like cars are to carry four (4) passengers at the middle seat.

5. At exactly 4pm on daily basis all Taxis are expected to go to
Tanke, which implies that they shall be just on queue at the park for
taxi's.

Conclusively, we crave the indulgence of fellow Unilorites on this
issue, as it is not an attempt to punish or extort students.

Thanks for the understanding.
